By accessing and using the CoreAxis Ventures website (ventures.coreaxis.cloud) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

CoreAxis Ventures provides software development, computer education (DDMI Institute), IT consultancy, ERP/POS products, TalkEx messaging platform, GST services, income tax filing, and computer hardware solutions. Specific terms for each service will be communicated during engagement.

Use of Website

• You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive or illegal content.
• Unauthorized access or attempts to breach our systems is strictly prohibited.

Payments

• All service fees and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.
• Payment terms vary by service — advance payment, milestone-based or monthly as agreed.
• GST will be applicable as per current government rates. Our GSTIN: 10FHZPK6945K1ZL.

Software License

Software developed by CoreAxis Ventures is licensed, not sold, unless otherwise agreed. The client receives a license to use the delivered software for their business purposes. Source code ownership terms will be defined in individual project agreements.

Education & Training

• Course fees are non-refundable once the batch has started, unless otherwise stated.
• DDMI Institute certificates are issued upon successful course completion.
• Placement assistance is provided but placement is not guaranteed.

Support

Post-delivery support is included as per the agreed scope. Extended support and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) are available at additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

CoreAxis Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
