Software Development
- Advance payments made before project commencement are non-refundable once work has started.
- If CoreAxis Ventures fails to deliver the agreed scope, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Milestone-based payments are refundable only for undelivered milestones.
- Custom software projects are tailored to client requirements and are generally non-refundable after delivery.
Training & Education (DDMI Institute)
- Course fees are non-refundable once the student has attended classes or the batch has started.
- If a student withdraws before the batch start date, a partial refund (minus processing charges) may be considered.
- Transfer to another batch or course is allowed within 15 days of enrollment, subject to availability.
Consultancy (GST, ITR, IT)
- Service fees for GST registration, return filing, ITR filing and IT consultancy are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- If the service cannot be completed due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be processed.
Products (ERP, ePOS, TalkEx)
- Product license fees are non-refundable after activation.
- A demo/trial period may be available — evaluate the product before purchase.
- Subscription-based products can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Computer Hardware
- Hardware products carry manufacturer warranty. Defective items can be replaced as per warranty terms.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only.
- Repair and AMC service fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.
