Digital Products
Most of our products and services are digital in nature:
- Software & Applications: Delivered electronically via download link, cloud deployment, or email. No physical shipping required.
- ERP & POS Systems: Deployed on client's server or cloud. Access credentials provided via email.
- Certificates (DDMI): Course completion certificates are issued at the institute. Digital copies may be provided via email upon request.
- Documents (GST, ITR): All tax-related documents are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp.
Physical Products
For computer hardware and physical accessories:
- Local Delivery: Products purchased locally are available for pickup from our office or delivered within the local area.
- Delivery Time: Local delivery is typically completed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
- Packaging: All physical products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Confirmation
For digital products, delivery confirmation is sent via email. For physical products, delivery confirmation is provided upon receipt.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays and provide updated timelines.
